1 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and tk887 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming services available at https://tk887.bet. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk887 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by its terms without qualification.

As used throughout this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tk887 website at https://tk887.bet, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any future applications operated by us.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, live casino products, promotional offers, and related functionality made available through the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT balance held within a Player's Account, representing cleared deposits minus settled wagers and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which is subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used for all Platform operations, game schedules, and support hours.

Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any specific terms applicable to a particular game, promotion, or feature, the specific terms shall prevail for that game, promotion, or feature only. In all other respects, this Agreement governs. tk887 operates under an international gaming licence. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before proceeding.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a professionally registered player, sports official, referee, team employee, or any person whose participation in gambling related to their sport is restricted by applicable regulations.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by tk887 or any responsible gaming registry applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by tk887 for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or Terms violation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of tk887 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.

tk887 uses a combination of automated age-estimation tools during registration and mandatory documentary KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Accepted identity documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or any other government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to request additional supporting documents at any stage. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is resolved.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of Services, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the following consequences:

• Immediate suspension of all duplicate Accounts and the original Account.
• Forfeiture of all Bonus Funds held across all associated Accounts.
• Potential forfeiture of real-money Wallet balances pending investigation if fraud is suspected.
• Permanent ban from the Platform at tk887's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party. tk887 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where the breach of security was caused or facilitated by your own actions or negligence. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, tk887 requires all Players to complete identity verification. The required documents are a government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh NID or valid passport) and, where required, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or MFS statement dated within the last 90 days). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is completed. tk887 processes KYC documents within 1–3 business days (BST) of receipt.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Transactions

All financial transactions on the tk887 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, nor does it apply currency conversion at any point in the transaction lifecycle. The BDT amount you deposit is the BDT amount that appears in your Wallet, and the BDT amount you request to withdraw is the BDT amount that arrives in your designated payment account.

Supported Deposit Channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for Mobile Financial Services (MFS) channels including bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposits via card may differ and are displayed at the cashier. tk887 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are processed same-day for bKash and Nagad during BST business hours (09:00–22:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tk887 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Players may not deposit funds on behalf of any third party.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• tk887 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit at its discretion.
• Deposits that are subsequently reversed by the payment provider may result in a negative Wallet balance. Players are responsible for any resulting deficit.
• tk887 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Wallet balances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tk887 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins on featured slots, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and time-limited seasonal campaigns tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are optional and must be actively claimed or opted into by the Player unless otherwise stated.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's stated terms expressly override them:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on the promotion page at the time of opt-in.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the specified time limit (typically 7–30 days from crediting) will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates or zero rate toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at 10%. Full contribution tables are published on each promotion's detail page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: tk887 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, coordinated wagering with other players, or exploitation of a software error.
• Eligibility: Promotions are open to Players who have completed KYC verification unless stated otherwise. Promotions are not available to players who have set a deposit limit that conflicts with the minimum deposit requirement of the offer.

tk887 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already legitimately credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled by the Player. You are solely responsible for verifying that the details of any wager — including the stake, the selection, and the applicable odds or game settings — are correct before confirming. tk887 is not liable for errors made by the Player during the wager-placement process.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Accepted bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific market, which are documented in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. Live in-play bets are subject to acceptance by the trading system; tk887 does not guarantee that every in-play wager will be accepted.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles available on tk887 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. Game rules, paytables, and feature mechanics are accessible within each game's help screen.

• tk887 is not responsible for any service interruption caused by your internet connection, device hardware, or mobile data network.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed server-side and the outcome recorded in the game history. You may review all completed rounds in your Account transaction history.
• Where a game error or system malfunction affects the outcome of a round, tk887 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Wallet.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or bonus-funded play. These limits are stated within each game's terms or the applicable promotional terms.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the tk887 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where the Player is aware of such prohibition.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in odds or game payouts — whether on sports markets or casino games.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy that exploits bonus terms in a manner contrary to their commercial intent, as determined by tk887 in its reasonable discretion.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market on the Platform.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing any member of the tk887 support team or any other player.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in doing so.

tk887 employs real-time fraud detection, behavioural analysis, and network-level monitoring to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of these obligations will have their Accounts reviewed. In cases where a breach is confirmed, tk887 reserves the right to void all winnings, withhold pending withdrawals, and close the Account without further obligation to the Player.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tk887 will process any pending withdrawals of cleared, non-bonus real-money funds before deactivating the Account. Accounts with active self-exclusion requests are closed immediately upon request and cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

Suspension or Closure by tk887: tk887 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• Receipt of a chargeback from the Player's payment provider.
• Any regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a competent authority that necessitates Account closure.

Where an Account is closed by tk887 due to a suspected breach, any Wallet balance will be held pending investigation. If the investigation clears the Player of wrongdoing, the balance will be returned via the Player's original deposit method. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts: An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. tk887 will attempt to notify the Player via their registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to cover record-keeping costs. The fee will continue until the balance reaches zero, at which point the Account will be deactivated. Dormant Accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in; the monthly fee will cease immediately upon reactivation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of fair gaming practice. tk887 reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The most current version will always be available at https://tk887.bet/terms-conditions. Players who disagree with any revision may close their Account without penalty prior to the effective date of the change.
